Optimum HR, founded in 2007, has steadily grown through key milestones: securing 30 clients in 2008, partnering with Anthem in 2012 for healthcare plans, refining its focus on professional industries in 2015, doubling in size by 2018, expanding during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, and helping businesses secure PPP loans and ERTC credits in 2021. In 2022, it achieved IRS CPEO certification and partnered with Kaiser and MetLife. In 2024, it was named a “Best Place to Work” for the 9th consecutive year, completed a software transformation, and achieved an NPS of 59. In 2025, it improved even more by earning a 4.7 Glassdoor rating, a 97% QRR, an outstanding NPS of 75, and OC Business Journal Best Places to Work award for the 10th straight year.
