What does it cost?

The cost can vary based upon services needed, your costs for similar services today, or health benefits selected.  The fee we charge for our service is billed as a flat rate per employee per month. Contact us for a proposal today.  

Is there a contract?

Clients sign an annual contract for service. After the initial term, you can decide if you would like to renew.  A 30-day notice is required to cancel service.

What do I get with the service?

Payroll processing, Optimum’s HR Cloud software, unlimited HR support, 401(k) plan, Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), and ancillary benefits for your employees. Additional fees apply for medical and workers’ compensation insurance. Contact us for a proposal today.

Who will I work with at Optimum?

Only the best HR team around! You’ll work with a Payroll Professional, HR Professional, and Benefits Professional. These individuals work together so you will experience consistency in service no matter who you talk to.

What if I don’t need all the services?

That’s okay!  Many of our clients don’t, and our package still might make sense for your company.  Some things, like payroll processing, are mandatory, but other things, like health insurance, are optional.
